5 Bad Habits to Lose It Intelligence Brain

We often do not realize the habits and lifestyles that we used to do every day turned out to be bad for the decline in intelligence. As we know the brain has an important role to coordinate bebetapa internal body system. It is therefore important for us to always maintain brain health.

There are some bad habits that it can interfere with the performance of the brain that also result in lower our intellectual level. Reported Boldsky, Monday (11/17/2014), here are some habits that can reduce the performance of our brains:

- Too Much Sleep
Medical research proves too much sleep increases the risk of depression. Excessive sleep can affect not only mental health but also is responsible for increasing the risk of diseases such as diabetes. Excess sleep in this context refers to sleep more than 6-9 hours of sleep that is needed per day.

- Eating Unhealthy
Eating too much fried foods, junk food, and other unhealthy foods can increase the risk of mental illness. Unhealthy foods slow down the processing power of your brain from time to time and cause a number of health problems.

- Less Socializing
If we observe, our brains are designed for socializing, right from the time we first started school. Life does not have socialization can cause disharmony in though, contributes to diminished mental capacity in the long term.

- Not Learning New Things
Not learn the new things can affect brain and overall mental health. Do not learn something new will make the brain does not develop to absorb the information.

- Lack of Sleep
Lack of sleep can cause an imbalance in brain function. Not getting enough sleep is one reason young people have trouble concentrating.
